Before you buy
Designed and tested in Microsoft 365 Excel for the web. An Excel account or license is separate. Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and older Excel versions have not been tested. This is a digital download; no physical item is shipped.
Managers enter training records, observed skill ratings, and approvals manually. An expired review removes the employee from ready-person coverage until a new review is recorded. Replace the fictional standards with your own procedures. This workbook does not deliver training courses, issue certifications, or send automatic email reminders.
One-business license & downloads
Your purchase covers internal use by one business and its employees. Edit the workbook and make internal working copies and backups. Another business needs its own purchase. No resale, redistribution, public uploads, or sharing the reusable workbook outside the licensed business.
